Don't know...remember renting a few of them on rental VHS back in the day cause I was a huge fan of the films, and got totally disappointed. You hardly ever see Freddy, and the fact that I never rented more than one of two when there were like 10-15 cassettes tells it all....as I recall, it was setup a bit like Amazing Stories with Freddy as a narrator thing......

But....it's many years ago, maybe my memory is failing..

"No more Mr Nice Guy" is a prequel to ANOES and Freddy kills one cop before being torched and he kills another one in his dreams.

I have seen several, and I think he only hurts people, not kill. I think this is more appropriate for younger people, because you don't see blood, and there is no bad language.

The It's my Party episode is gory as hell and has a lot of swear words in it? What channel played this show because there's no way this episode could be on a normal tv station.

Sweet Jesus H Jumped-Up Christ! I wish that people would STOP posting when they have NO idea what they're talking about!

The entire series was kindof like Tales From The Crypt with Freddy acting as a "book-end" narrator. But there were 8 episodes where he was actually involved in the plot of the story itself. And in all 8 of these eps, he killed people, and there WAS blood. The following 8 are the titles of the episodes I'm talking about:

No More Mr. Nice Guy
Sister's Keeper
Freddy's Tricks And Treats
Safe Sex
Dream Come True
Dreams That Kill
Photo Finish
It's My Party And You'll Die If I Want You To

The episode that really stands out in my mind is "It's My Party and You'll Die If I Want You To". Freddy was jumping into different people's bodies. A psychic is trying to channel some famous person's spirit (can't remember whose) and accidently channels Freddy's. So, now that Freddy is jumping in and out of people's bodies, he jumps into a guy who starts doubling over for no apparent reason.

In the "dream world" freddy has him strapped to a chair and asks him, "What's the matter?! Got a belly-ache?!"

The man replies, "I have a bleeding ulcer!!"

Freddy, without missing a beat, says, "I'll show ya BLEEDING!" and shoves his glove right into the man's stomach.

That will always stand out as a laughable Freddy moment, for me.
