One of the only bad things about this series.

You know pretty well how they are gonna turn out, you know, since it's a TV series, that Freddy will not get killed.

In the movies it's different though b/c they COULD actually kill Freddy and make it the last movie, in a TV series it's not like that.

Yes I have every episode and watch them all the time, but the 8 episodes that he's in I knew there's no way he could get killed since it's a TV series.

Like if he was defeated in Freddy's Tricks and Treats *which is an early episode like maybe the 5th or 6th* that means there would only be like 5 or 6 episodes*

And even when Freddy is not involved in an episode he is STILL indirectly making the nightmares happen and influencing the situations.

i really loved this series i wish they would put these on dvd.

It is on DVD, if you know where to look.

toking65000 you point makes little sense.
If they could "kill" him in the films and bring him back...why not in the series too?
They just chose not to bother, does not mean it could not happen though.
Even more to the point, Freddy "dies" in the very first episode. So they did kill him off.

The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he is God.

In the films thought it COULD happen, b/c they could kill him for good, and make it the LAST movie, *not that they ever would kill him for good but I'm just saying they could* But in a TV series you know they are now gonna kill him and you know Freddy is always gonna win in the end, b/c it's a series.

I guess what I'm thinking is, the company is not dedicated to making more movies, but they are kinda dedicated to making more episodes in the series, at least for a season I think.

It would be like watching I Love Lucy and Lucy dying in the 3rd or 4th episode, you know it's not gonna happen, since it's a series.

And PLUS if Freddy were killed in an episode he wouldn't be able to deliver the closing remarks.

What I mean is about the TV series, we already kinda know that NO episode is going to end with Freddy dead or even subdued.

Just because we lose today's battle doesn't mean we've lost tommorow's war.
