Are the Combs and ABC Dawson sets the same?

Is the set that Combs used the same one from the original Dawson era? I think I read something like this before. I think it said set is actually the same one Dawson used except with a new paint job but a new face-off podium and carpet since CBS couldn't obtain those items from ABC. I'm not sure if it's true or not that why I'm asking. Does anyone know?
