Don't know about the numbers but its because of the stinking Waltons that Empty Nest is getting moved not only timeslots but locations too. It is moving from Hallmark channel #114 to Hallmark Movie Channel #109 for my tv which sucks, however it doesn't change times which is great due to my daily schedule. But to know that it may replace Who's the Boss or Cheers is ok by me because I love Empty Nest very much and have missed it terribly in years past.

Yeah what is this crap about? I have watched the Golden Girls since about 7 or 8 and when Empty Nest was on (syndicated) I remember watching bits of it and liking it. They play Golden Girls constantly, now I love em, but still. I would like it to at least make it through one rotation as the op stated. I love Cheers, but they could play 4 or even 2 episodes instead of 6 and the same thing with Who's the Boss (not one of my favorite shows, although I havent't really sat down and watched a season).

Who watches the Waltons anyway? Besides the Little House on the Prairie audience. Compared to most of their programing this show is a bit out of place generationally and in overall subject matter and auidence. Most of their shows are from the 80's and 90's/early 200's. I find that I have the same problems with Nick at Nite's programing and schedual.

All in all...this is crap...

What tv do you have?

THANK YOU for this information, sparky182.

I could NOT believe the show was gone after just 2 weeks either!!! I'm a night owl so I'll gladly watch the gang in the wee small hours of the morning!!

I think people should complain about this. And LOUDLY. How can they expect to find an audience for it if they keep moving it around??

Well I remember about 5 or so years ago Hallmark Channel had Family Ties on during the afternoon and they yanked that off the air after it being on for a short time. I was not too happy about that because that is the kind of family show that I grew up watching during the 80's. I am the same age as Tina Yothers who played the youngest sibling of the Keaton household until they added in the late 80's the youngest sibling.

Those numbers actually look relatively decent for something like this. Where did those numbers come from btw?

Looking ahead on my DirecTV guide it comes on April 30, Saturday at 7:30
and 8 AM. EST It also usually comes on Sunday mornings 2:30 to 4:30 AM.

Meanwhile, we get 4 episodes of Fraiser repeated TWICE a day
every weekday.

You got your pint, you got your pig snacks, what more do you want?

I agree that Hallmark fails miserably at scheduling, but at least they're airing the show in some capacity (which includes marathon stunts).

Hopefully, the programmers will realize how important the show is and return it to the daytime lineup. The network mentioned how important The Golden Girls is, and I'm sure that fan base flocks to Empty Nest as well.

Keep writing to Hallmark and posting on the Facebook page.
