why wasnt Park Overall on the show more?

Was there a fight or financial dispute or something? Also is there anywhere on any tv network that replays this show? havent seen it in forever thanks

To the best of my knowledge there is currently nowhere (In the US anyway) that airs Nest. That's not to say that it's not in some isolated market though. It could very well be airing in rural Montana at 2AM every Tuesday and most of us wouldn't know. Another reason this great show needs a DVD release

Why was she on it at all?? Lord, her character was annoying, abrasive and self-important.

Quite similar to the Mrs. Krouse character on Benson, and even Benson (but more likeable) on SOAP. All shows created by Susan Harris.

I thought she was a great character and a great actress.

She was one of the highlights of the show.

Yes, she was indeed annoying, abrasive, and self-important. That is what made her so funny.

That, and her Southern twang. And her colorful Southern manner of speaking.

Park Overall was on all 170 episodes. She is the 'comic relief' so sometimes she may not be in more than one or two scenes.

Dammit Carol Sue, where is the vodka?!

she was missing from a few episodes not sure what season but there is a few she was not in maybe due to a movie or injurned leg

Agreed. Plus, she is not a main character; she is a supporting character. And, furthermore, she is not one of the close family relatives (i.e., a Weston); she is an "outsider".
