CAMPION curiously great, but Peter Davison is a low talker.

Interesting show, endings aren't always plausible or clear. And the biggest pet peeve is that the sound is really bad, especially when Campion himself speaks. Peter Davison is a low talker who needs to project his voice, and ENUNCIATE!

How odd, I find his diction really clear ;o)

Maybe it's the rhythm of his voice you haven't settled into?

The only problem with having an open mind is that others keep trying to put things in it...

He's a low talker. I have to turn the sound up until it vibrates to hear him.

*shrugs* I don't know how to answer you, other than I find him really clear, don't have to turn the sound up at all, and find him the same volume as everyone else!

Same here--my DVDs are perfectly loud and clear. His best work is in At Home with the Braithwaites, but in the LD he is also great.

I think Lugg is worse.
