1. Bill Stabler (He was a career criminal from the Bay Area who was tauntigly writing letters to cops while in jail, and when he got out he car jacked some guy and then shot some other people). Was arrested in Los Angeles in 1988, but gave a fake name, so the cops released him and by the time the prints came back it was too late.

2. Glenn Stewart Godwin (To date the only man to escape from Folsom Prison in California). Believed to be hiding in either South America or Europe.

3. William Bradford Bishop ( ex-state dept official who Killed his whole family - wife, kids and mother in Bethesda, MD back in 1976, in 1978 an old co-worker claimed to have seen Bishop in a washroom in Italy looking homeless and desheveled). Last seen by an old neighbor in Sweden in 1994.

4. Chaka Raysor (NYC Drug kingpin who left a trail of violence all across the East & South, rumored to be working as an underground rap music promoted somewhere on the West Coast). UPDATE: CHAKA RAYSOR TURNED HIMSELF INTO POLICE ON AUGUST 6, 2006 IN NYC !!!!!!

5. Lovekesh "Bobby" Kumar (Killed his wife & mother-in-law in the San Jose area and tried committing suicide the next day by jumping infront of cars in Clovis, California, police did find his car abandoned in a Los Angeles parking lot, but he could be anywhere)
