what's this?

i love the original series, but have never came across this i think, the regular cast doesn't seem to be here, and another thing is that it appears to have been made in the same time period as the original series! could someone tell me what goes down here. also "alf loves a mystery" if you know, i've never come across that either, unless it features in the alf series.
