It is probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite Woo flick.
I like this one better than the first Better Tomorrow.
I'm not sure why there is so much animosity for it on this board.

I think I may actually enjoy this more than A Better Tomorrow even though I think the first one is a better movie overall. This movie is a COMPLETE mess from beginning to end but that's just what makes it so damn entertaining. From the ridiculous "eat the rice" scene, to the horrendous overacting courtesy of Dean Shek, the extremely convenient situation of Chow Yun-fat having a twin brother with it all concluding in one hell of an epic shootout. None of it should work at all, and not a lot doesn't to be honest, but there's just something so compelling to it all.
