Joker cutout when Suki is first in pain

Was that a joker or just a clown toy cutout going back n forth when Suki first started having pain??
-for me it reminded me of JN character because of the joker.

yeah, parts of this also made me think of nicholson in "wolf" (1994) even though i haven't actually seen the flick, it even shares an actress from "the witches of eastwick". the dialogue in this movie is insane, i don't think i've ever seen a movie of this age with such vulgar language, this could never air on any of the main television stations i figure, well in my country it could air in broad daylight, what a great cast (and small cast), when cher tells nicholson off in his house is a riot, by the way, a girl saw a cover of a movie with hostess elvira laying around my place and said something like "oh cher, she's awesome". whenever i see susan sarandon i think of that "family guy" joke, the last scene with the townswoman was hot considering how uptight she had been, this opens pretty slow (maybe it doesn't need to run for two hours), and i wish they had played ray charles' version of "america the beautiful" instead, the tennis court scene was great both in vision and humour, without a word spoken, the special effects in this movie looks great, after seeing the trailer in advance you had pretty much figured out the story though, but, spoiler, i thought the women would be the villains, strange their comment about wanting him back after what they had gone through, this was like a mix between comedy, horror, drama, fantasy, simulation of an adult movie?... i thought overall it was a bit too dark.

was in dark space,
since you been away,
then like out of this world,
your high voice i heard,
planet i landed on,
fair charm n warmth,
like my spirit had wine,
when struck by your sunshine.
