I WAS GOING TO MAKE THIS EXACT THREAD.

I lovelovelove:

After pouring boiling water on whatshisface:

"And you thought you were hot".

What the HELL? Completely random non-sequitur. I rewound it about 14 times and LOL'd each time, but had to eventually stop as I had things to do and only so much insides to rupture.

Right you are, 'puppies'! Now look what you've done, I feel the need to watch it again.
I discovered this 'gem' after watching Meg Foster in A DIFFERENT STORY where she does some of her finest deadpan/improvised/throwaway funny lines.
If you haven't seen it (and of course after your ruptured insides recover...hehe) I highly recommend it. The only drawback is that the DVD I found has the first section looking like it was filmed in a cave. I gave my tape to someone and no longer have a VCR but maybe you can locate a cassette and give it a peek.

Please, say you didn't. I couldn't live with myself knowing I'd been responsible for such a thing.

Thanks. I'll keep an eye out for it. The fact, however, I got as far as typing "A Different Stor" into IMDb's search bar with no suggested results doesn't bode well..

Hmmm. How weird. I just tried going to Meg Foster's IMDb page and there it was..."A Different Story"(1978). I wonder if you could Netflix it or watch it on YouTube? Trust me. Dated, but w-a-y worth it.
