How Graphic is this??

I'm just wondering, can anybody tell me how gory and graphic this movie is?? I own some pretty graphic films (Dead Alive, Nekromantik, The Beyond, Day of the Dead, I can go on) but I just want to know if this movie has blood and guts and stuff, or just some beheadings and slasher-movie style killings. If anybody can give me some detail, that'd help a looooottt. :)

It's as graphic as the movies you mentioned. Maybe a little more, but also made with a lower budget, so it's not very real looking or anything. Since I don't speak German, these movies seem a little boring to me for the most part...but they're well worth watching, just for the awesome gore and ridicules dream sequences. But the type of gore itself is very brutal, disembowelings and gratuitous long gory killings. Not slasher style by any means. If yer into Nekromantik and the likes, you should find this movie!

Ok Toxcique, thanx I'll be looking for this flick then :P

This movie isnt worth the time. I consider myself as a gore hound. If you are new to that, its someone who likes gore alot. and probobly have seen quite some tiles. Well for myself this movie was rather boring. To start off. German language. Ok, i get that nothing wrong with ppl trying to force their language onto the rest of the world. But the echo effect on the sound just makes it horrible to watch. Also on my copy ( thank god i borrowed it and didnt buy it ) there where no subtitles. The plot was probobly writen in a rush when the writer was on the bathroom doing private stuff. The acting is even worse. The gore however makes up all of those. I like gore. But you can not compare such movies as The beyond, Dead alive, Nekromantik to this. You just cant. They got plot, they got acting, the got good sound. Violent sh*t just dosnt.

I didn't think the gore was all that. Sure there's a lot of violence but you cant exactly see anything apart from pink foamy blood that looks like strawberry milkshake.

Chainsaw scene - ahh great, cant go wrong with a chainsaw! oh wait the filmmakers have pixelated it out...and its actually a lame hedgetrimmer...
Vaginal gutting scene - wow that sounds awesome! hmm wait its too dark to see whats actually happening...and when you do, the prosthetics look like they're made of play-dough and sausages...doused in strawberry milkshake...

Technically speaking this is probably the goriest movie I have ever seen (and I have seen "Nekromantik", "Last House on Dead End Street", "Cannibal Holocaust" and hundreds of other gore fests), but it's so ridiculously cheap and plotless it had me yawning five minutes in...believe it or not the thing was at the video store for rent...and I wished I had just left it on the shelf. It's total crap... save your money.

Violent *beep* is one of the worst movie i'd ever seen. It's pretty gory and i have seen most of the movies mentioned on the boards so far and damn gross to. Stay away from his other movie to Zombie 90: extreme some crap o well.

This thing simply sucks. Yes, there's the gore, but it's not at all convincing. This is an amateur movie (not event an independent one), shot on video with no money and skills. You can probably get better effects in a supermarket at Halloween.

Pink blood, badly applied horrible prosthetics, terrible sound, so damn low image quality, no real editing and so on.

You can definetly watch it out of curiosity, but not really if you're looking for REAL horror movies (actually, simply REAL MOVIES).

I've said this before, but this movie was shot on a camcorder over a couple of weekends by a guy and his friends on a budget of $2,000 (part of which was used to rent the camcorder). There is absolutely nothing professional about it at all, and it probably wasn't even meant to be seen by many people. For some reason, it caught on and blew up into some cult classic. I personally love the movie because it's hilarious (so is Zombie 90). But if you're looking for something with realistic gore, this isn't it.

Ehem, the blood is red, the quality of the footage ruined the colour of it.

The Boogeyman is real... and you've found him!
