I've seen a lot of old American sex comedies from the 1980s, but some how I missed 'Vallet Girls'. However I've just seen it on a free to air tv station late at night here in Australia and I have to say it was an absolute gem. It was right up there with the best of those movies. 1980s kitch at it's very best or worst, depending on which way you look at it.

shareI think I saw it once on USA Network back when they use to show films like this to watch back in the day. Now all they will show is crime and drama shows, or the same movies over and over again instead of having a variety of programming to watch.

I am not sure where you are from wallacesawyer, but if you have Comcast as your cable company where you live at then you can watch this right now ON DEMAND on Comcast because they are showing it for free right now on there. I just watched this yesterday and totally loved it! I think I saw this a very long time ago because I remember the title of the film.
The 80's had some of the best films that ever came out it seems like in my opinion.

You are lucky that you caught this late at night there in Australia because I can remember when there was a time that programming late at night would show films like this. That is what I loved about late night entertainment. Now all of these major networks just want to show reruns of the same crap over and over again, paid programming, or anything else that you can think of that made it not worth watching at all.
Here at one time they had USA UP ALL NIGHT that would show films like this on the USA Network and Monster Vision on TNT. Those were the good old days. When I lived up North near Chicago I would watch CW it is called here and they would show on the Chicago and Milwaukee CW films like this at night. It was great to watch! I loved it and then when I moved back to my home town the CW here sucks because all they want to show is Judge Mathis, paid programming, or some other garbage that truely sucks!

It was just on MGM channel. You wouldn't think they'd play these kinds of movies but they do! Next up: "Modern Girls" (1986) with Virginia Madsen.
