After Garcia shot the bad guy? After all he did say “or else he dies”- I mean yeah I guess it’d be scary to see someone get killed but better him than me.

Probably cause he thought Capone would have him murdered for snitching on him.

I love how wonderfully grisly the bad guy kills were. De Palma reveled in the bad guys like this guy and Nitti ending with tons of blood.

He was supposed to be in shock. Pure and simple.
