Final Shoot Out

Did anyone notice that Cole fired more than 7 shots in the final shoot out scene without reloading his six shooter .357 magnum. Maybe this would be a good one for mythbusters but the most shots he could have gotten off after shooting the original Star-Handled Stranger was 6 assuming he reloaded a single bullet after before riding down to confront the presidential carriage itself.
