Building Used in Blade Runner?

Im just watching this film on telly now.

The scene where there about to arrest the Dr with white hair, the walls are made outta molded concrete blocks.

The exact same ones used in the house where Deckard lives in Blade Runner.

yeah it's the same location, the ennis brown house.
looked much better in blade runner though.
