I don't care

I think this sums up Sandy Frank's philosophy for dubbing foreign television shows. He should have pitched this as a short television series for cheap to local UHF stations but instead packaged a complete 26 episode season of a television show into one messed up, poorly edited down television movie. I have never seen the original series, yet I can't help but feel it would make more sense and be better in the original format.
