I have no idea why people do not like about this film. This and Lucas are my favb back in the 80s. just hope this little gem deserve more attention. >_< please consider it on DVD release..please.... .where can I sign a petition???

sharei agree. i love the movie. i have an old copy of it because my mom was an extra in it. The whole thing was filmed in my town. But the scene where they're dancing and bubber hides from those guys under the truck. That scene was filmed a block from my house.That is also one of the scenes my mom is in. She was lucky enough to meet all of the actors in it including kelly preston, c. thomas howel, ann-margret, charles durning, and william zabka. We have a lot of pictures too. I think it's great. I hope it comes out on dvd because it is a great movie and because of the person value.
