That's a really stupid poster/graphic re-do...

...not that the original movie poster was THAT great, but at least it conveyed some idea of what the movie is about (youth, catskills resort employees, etc). The new poster makes it look like, eh, maybe Caddyshack or Meatballs or something. What's with the huge wrecking ball and lawn furniture flying all over the place? Thanks poster design folks, for making a really fun, sweet and timeless movie look like it's maybe the Hollywood Knights...FEH!!!

I couldn't agree with you more. I thought I found another movie altogether. Sweet Lorraine is one of those gentle little movies that one doesn't see everyday. The new poster makes it appear to be about an inept group of kids at a summer hotel.

What a shame.

Yeah, I thought maybe I was looking at the wrong movie page because the poster was so off. BTW, this was one of the movies Gene Siskel recommended not long before he died, this one and My American Cousin, as the kind of movies Hollywood should be doing.
