Blu ray release

Suspect is one of my favourite films of all time. I love the atmosphere, and I especially like Cher in this film. Cher had just completed Moonstruck, and was enjoying great success as an actress. Her movies after this were few and far between as she chose her singing career. Mermaids (1991) was her last fairly successful film.

Suspect is only available to purchase on DVD, but it is not in widescreen, and the picture quality is average. It seems to have been overlooked for a Blu ray release which is confusing. A great, tense thriller like Suspect deserves a proper release. The correct aspect ratio must be restored when it finally comes to Blu ray.

My guess is as good as yours if Suspect will ever come out on the HD format. If anyone has any information about this, please comment.
