when will this be released on dvd?

i love sally field and would like to get all of her movies on dvd. this movie was a gem. i wish this would be released on dvd!!!

I still haven´t found this movie on DVD, only in VHS!

I doubt there's a lot of interest in a DVD release of this. Fortunately, I was able to find it on VHS for a buck in the clearance bin of a record store.

I have an old VHS..and I am getting to the point that I have to go to the basement to watch it.. Where is the DVD??? we want DVD

There's no mention in the Company Credits section regarding who owns the dvd rights. It's a Cannon production that was released theatrically by Warner Bros. So i'm assuming Warner still owns it. Although if that's the case, one would think it would of gotten a Warner Archives release by now. No other country has apparently ever released it on dvd either. It's on Youtube, but it's just a blurry upload of the VHS release.
