Does anyone know who played PAMS dad ?? He is the better looking blondish guy in the office at the end where they are deciding the TENURE and the parents speak out about Mr Shoop ~ He resembles Shaode Steven when he was on HOLLYWOOD SQUARES ~

The man you are asking about was actually Pam's older brother Tommy played by Nels Van Patten. He is Dick Van Patten's son. Hope this helped
