I picked this movie up this summer for a buck in the movie gallery bargain bin. It was pretty lame and and terrible yet funny at the same time. It is basically a complete rip-off of lord of the flies, but is definately a good flick to make fun of and has a few good one liners.
shareIn ninth grade I remember being assigned both these books to read. Lord Of The Flies and The Butterfly Revolution (title change for movie Summer Camp Nightmare). Where there were some similarities I wouldnyt call it a rip off of L/O/T/F. We watched Lord Of The Flies (the original movie) in class. S/C/N wasnt on video back then (dating myself here lol). I am getting the book and movie details mixed up I am sure, but the reasons the kids are alone are totally different for just one small example. I dont know....... I just loved both these stories.
shareI picked up an ex-rental from Movie Gallery too. Pretty cheap. The same copy I rented from them maybe a year before.
