Somebody please help me!

Hello! I think I saw this when I was really young, and I remember it scaring the hell out of me. Growing up, I thought it was the Stepford Wives I had seen, but I saw that again recently and it wasn't what I was expecting to see.

Does "The Stepford Children" have a cheerleader in it who keeps repeating something in her bedroom? Towards the end, does it have a scene where a woman sticks a shovel through another woman's head? Right at the end, is there a scene where a lot of bodies crawl across the car of a woman trying to escape, but the bodies seem to be just made of muscle, no skin?

Please let me know if I am thinking of the right film! I know that the thing I watched was something to do with Stepford, but I can't get hold of a copy to find out if this is it!
