filming locations

I am a big fan of THE STEPFATHER and know that most of the filming of the movie took place in the city of Vancouver, British Columbia. I was wondering if anyone knows the exact location of the house where Terry O'Quinn as Jerry Blake supposedly lived with Jill Shoelen and Shelly Hack. I read somewhere that the house was a real home in a neighborhood adjacent to the University of British Columbia, but I'm not sure what street it was located on. Also, the High School that Stephanie, played by Shoelen went to. I think it was called Oakridge High in the film. And last but not least, the house where the murders took place, the one that's boarded up, and where Jim Ogilvie, played by Stephen Shellen trys to track down O'Quinn.
