Dual Role for Swayze?

I just saw this again & I noticed what struck me the other times: Isn't the bad guy also played by Patrick Swayze? He has the frizzed out hair or a wig
At the end it is like he is fighting himself (well, his stunt man actually, I suppose)

some need to go up 1 or down 1:

Actually, no, but I agree that it looks like him. That's Christopher Neame. He was mostly just a Soap actor, and I'll admit hasn't done much impressive since S.D. (not that S.D. is terribly impressive), but he was in the video Game Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight, and Species III... so... um... I stand by my statements!

People make this observation all the time.

It's not Patrick playing a dual role...but close! The villain is played by Patrick's brother, Dwayne Swayze (aka "Dwayze").

DWAYZE.

reply

Actually his name is Don Swayze. He's Patricks younger brother and has had an extensive career of his own(mostly tv roles). Look him up and you'll see what I meen. By the way he was uncredited on I.M.D.B. for this role but if you watch the credits at films end his name is there. Bty your confusing the captain with Sho the hired killer.

reply

Lol the villian is not played by Don Swayze!

Maybe you should say it aloud in the following sequence:

Say:

"Dwayne Swayze"

then

"Dwayze."

It makes sense, in a Steel Dawn kind of way.

Awesome.

bvdi001 - Check Patrick's bio. His brother, as twistedhair68 correctly pointed out, is Don. There is no name match for Dwayne Swayze in IMDB. Say Don a few times ... let it sink in.

reply

Why is he not in the credits then?

reply

It is not Don Swayze. The other poster was correct, it's Christopher Neame.
