so much hate on this movie

A masterpiece it's not, but fairly entertaining slice of the 80s. I don't get why there is so much hate and such a low rating. With anyone else it might have been worse, but Keaton makes it salvageable. RDC was irritating at first, but she and Michael Keaton had good chemistry and he made her seem more adorable than annoying. And Meat Loaf in that small, weird role was great. C'mon!
