can someone please help...i have a question

Ok so I remember watching a version of snow white when I was younger. However I cannot for the life of me remember what version i saw. I am also having trouble tracking it down online. I don't remember much of the movie, but this is what I do remember: in the beginning i remember seeing 2-3 drops of blood fall onto snow (maybe on a windowsill), I remember a pedler women, ribbons, a hair comb. Could someone let me know if it is this version. And if it isn't does anyone know which version I am talking about? Thanks a lot!

Hi, well, you've found your movie! In this version, the wicked queen tries to kill Snow White several times; once with a bodice (as a peddler woman with ribbons), once with a comb,and then finally with the traditional apple. Also, at the beginning, Snow White's real mother while sewing, was startled by her husband, the King, and pricked her finger. As they were at the window, and it was snowing outside, he placed her fingers in the snow on the windowsill to stop the bleeding.

So good luck getting a copy of this, since it is the movie you saw long ago. *smiles*

maybe you can help me too. years ago I saw a version of Snow White and I have been killing myself to find the one. I remember only alittle. The only part is when Snow White and the Prince are at the alter and the evil queen come up be hind them I think she is getting older and then she dies. Is this the one or is another one?

This is the one! The queen then leaves the church and she breaks into thousands of pieces. That part amazed me so much when I was little. I ABSOLUTELY love this movie! I was lucky to have a great grandfather who taped all those shows off the disney channel, when they used to come on.
