Mother Superior's Face

What exactly happened to her face? I don't remember them saying in the movie how her face got like it was.

they claim it was a stroke I think, but she looks like a zombie.

Can your face melt away from a stroke??????

"Hail to the King, Baby!"

reply

probably not, but that's what they said in the movie. In the commentary, they're laughing at it and saying that they disfigured her face to make it less blatant that it was a different actress.

She looks like she's got leprosy or something!

reply

Dude, Mother Superior is smokin' hot in this movie! She is hardcore sexy!

reply

I thought she had cysts on her face or something. Now whether that was a reult of the stroke is beyond me!

reply

Yeah, I mean, I wasn't surprised by anything by that point of the movie, but I was curious as to why her face looked like she'd dunked it in acid. The movie may have had a cooler ending if she got out of her wheelchair and ate Ricky's brains, crazy zombie style.

Or if it turned out that she only faked her illness b/c she knew Ricky was coming!

reply

I think it was Eric Freeman's acting that made her face like that

reply

I didn't know those caused cancerous looking growths to appear on your face o.O

You! Obey the fist!

reply

She looks like she has been burned by guilt

reply

I believe Mo' Superior was actually a giant gremlin whose face had recently been exposed to water.

She's secretly the Toxic Avenger's sidekick.

reply

She was disfigured in the very rare and hard to find prequel to this film, Silent Night, Deadly Night 1.5: The Night Before Garbage Day.

reply

Years of being made of 100% pure bitch evil corrupted her face like the emperor from Star Wars.

My theory: Mother Superior suffered a stroke while cooking breakfast, which caused her to fall face first onto a hot waffle iron.

What I wanted to know is why in the world she moved into a house with 666 as the address. The filmmakers might've thought it was cute and an amusing joke, but Mother Superior would've NEVER lived in a house with that number. It would be unthinkable. Oh well, I suppose it has no bearing on the quality of the movie as a whole.

reply

I think it was an attempt to warp her face so she doesn't resemble Lilyan Chauvin. It doesn't work. Chauvin never suffered for her rotten treatment towards Billy.
