I once heard on the radio that this movie was inspired from a hollywood film whose name was like "Retuen of......". Does anyone know the full name of the hollywood flick?

It's not, to my knowlede, based on or "inspired by" any particular film.

It was inspired by an old Indian film called 'Shabnam'.
