Arnold's arm bruises

Has anyone ever noticed that Arnold Schwarzenegger had some heavy bruises on his arms in this movie? You can see them in the scene where he gets into Maria Conchita Alonso's apartment. He had one on his right forearm and another on his left bicep. They were pretty flashy. Any idea on what they could have been?
