Can you please tell me how Sr. Margaret Mary and the cop was murdered? Also, did the biological father rape his daughter or did Fr. Nabors rape her? I was called out of the room during these parts. Thanks.

Donald Sutherland (playing the investigative priest) forced
Sr. Margaret Mary to break her vow of silence which she had taken 3 years before, right after the suicide of the teenager under her care, "Kathy." Sutherland and a policeman were leaving the priest's interview with the nun when they heard the shot. The nun who had just been interviewed was now working in the kitchen and had responded to loud knocks on the door; the man who appeared said he was an expected worker so she allowed him to come in. Plus she was shaken up from her conversation with Sutherland. But as soon as the man gained entry, he called her by name and shot her. When the priest (Sutherland) and the policeman rushed back into the convent, this is when the policeman got shot.
The murderer of priests and nuns was most angry with the priest and nun who had done the most harm: The nun who had taken the vow of silence (because she hadn't believed and helped his daughter) and Father Nabors. After killing the nun, he then attempted to murder Father Nabors who, when the man 3 years ago had confessed his terrible sin to the Father, the Father gave him no true help to stop his atrocities against his own daughter (the father obviously wanted help); Father Nabors just "absolved" the penitent man with words of admonition about the incest: "Just cut it out."
