Is this a bootleg version?

I recently downloaded a copy from a torrent site. Under the circumstances that I'm not to trusting on buying a copy since I've seen alot of them for sale on e-bay appear to be bootlegs. I have a picture of the front of the box that came with the torrent, is this the region 2 version that is the official?

I'm trying really hard to hunt down a copy of this movie on laserdisc. I want to support an region 1 release, and will buy one if it ever gets release region 1. Also the quality from the torrent was supperb, didn't seem bootleg, but i want to make sure.

If I remember correctly that is the box. I haven't seen it for so long. My question is Why would you want it?? It was so boring. Very few of the parts can keep your interest.

First time I saw it was back when TBS and TNT actually showed movies at night. Then for a while they started using parts of it to fill in empty space between movies. The one the used the most was Cloud. BLAH!!

That is the Region 2 box. And someone that uploaded it tweaked the menu. I loved this movie and wish someone would license and release it here in America. Along with Twilight of the Cockroaches and hell even Lensman.
