any mention about Barlow, Straker or some character of the novel?? or just the name "Salem's Lot"??

Not a thing. That's why I don't understand why they call it a return to Salem's Lot. It seems to have no connection to the original.

Nope. They even have different back stories like they came over with the pilgrims in a ship believed to be sunk and came to Salems lot to avoid destruction by the pilgrims. So the first one didn't happen

It's one of those sequels in name only. It's done for marketing purposes.

Other than the name of the town, there's really no connection to the original story.
