I wish they'd kept Oliver Nelson's theme and used incidentals more in keeping with it. I can forgive the haircuts, the plot and the clothes but not the dire music.

considering half the 'hair' styles are actually bad toupee's, I'd say there IS something wrong with that.

Why is everyone ragging on the music? I want to get a copy of the piece that was playing when Jaime and Steve reconciled after he rescued her.

Because the music is really bad and inappropriate, that's why. Marvin Hamlisch, what were you thinking? I was shocked by how bad the music was and it was really distracting throughout the entire movie. I am glad I am not alone in thinking this to be one of the worst scores I have ever heard.
