Anyone know where I can buy a DVD or download it? It sound really interesting and I'm gutted I can't find it.

Check out allcluesnosolutions.com. He has this title for $7.00 and hundreds of other rare movies. I buy there every few months or so.

Does it have English subtitles?

Yes, this comes with english subtitles. All of allcluesnosolutions.com are subtitled when English is not spoken. Hope this helps.
