Anybody see the trailer for The Principal on the DVD? It shows some quick glimpses of scenes not in the film, like Jake Phillips shooting some kids with a fire hose, and Rick Latimer having a conversation with Victor Duncan and Jojo in the hall. Would it have killed them to put these deleted scenes on the DVD? Now we have to wait for a special edition...which I highly doubt will ever be made considering barely anyone even cares about this film.
shareI just watched the DVD myself and thought the same thing when I saw the trailer. I wonder why some of these scenes got cut from the movie....since they looked good. The scene with the fire hose would have been great to see. They really should have put these deleted scenes on the DVD. I doubt a special edition DVD will come out...although it would be enjoyable.

Deleted scenes are always stupid. It's a nice fix for junkies of any certain film, but don't get the feeling you're missing something. Bet you the scene with Victor Duncan is a cheesy one liner, probably not even funny or interesting. The fire hose was probably unnecessary, probably overshadows a more relevant violent scene and serves as overkill.
