I mean... she was good, shouldn't she be black?

And the masked man... he was good, and courageous... and white! that's odd...

Movies in the 80s were really creepy. They had white people playing non-evil characters. Didn't they realize how wrong was that?

Because it takes place in some kind of late medieval European setting.

But... medieval Europe... most of good people were black. Whites were violent murderers and rapey guys, the good medieval European guys were the black dudes! I've seen it in movies!
