In the scene when Randy and Jack go back into the casino, he bets on roulette and wins $35,000 instantly by betting on a number

first, you can't bet that much on a number on roulette, the maximum bet in most casinos for a number is between $50 and $100. Also, they would never just hand you $35,000 like that, because you have to fill out tax forms on any natural win over a certain amount (I think it's $3,000 but I am not sure)

In Vegas any bet over $10,000 is when they hand you the tax form. Rotten rats they are. And you're right about roulette (depends on the table and the casino though) Of course I could be wrong like most of the time. Heh-heh!

another thing i wondered is if randy is only 19 wouldn't she be too young to gamble in a casino? i know in both Vegas and Louisiana you have to be 21 to gamble in casinos.

unless back in the 80s the legal age was 18.

The Gambling age in Jersey was 18 at the time this movie was filmed
