This film is a Christmas tradition

Every year around christmas and new years my wife and I pop this bad boy into the dvd-player and settle down with a glass of scotch to watch Dario Argento's Opera.

It may seem funny but this film allways put's me in the holiday spirit, The cinematography and the soundtrack alone are simply amazing not to mention the grusome death scenes. So who's with me on turning Opera into a holiday tradition now that christmas is around the corner?

I'm down with that. I hate Christmas anyway. I doubt my girlfriend would go for it though.

Vodka will work, but May Day is better, or maybe Fiesta season in San Antonio; margaritas capture the essense of love in the film.

That's so cool. I usually have my friends come over on Christmas and was "Black Christmas" then on NYE we watch "New Year's Evil" been my tradition for almost 5 years.

I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.

Ha! I understand because I do something weird like that every Christmas season.

I wrap gifts while watching an Italian horror film. It started out as a yearly tradition of me watching The Beyond every year but I soon got bored of that and now just make sure Netflix sends me a nice little Italian horror every year.

That sounds like a great tradition! And I thought my family was unique for watching "Shaun of the Dead" every Christmas eve!

Speaking of that I got this film as a present this Christmas. I finally got around to watching it today, a little over a month later. But I will always associate it with the holiday for that reason.
