The dude kills himself in the end, but he's cumming all over the place as he's stabbing himself. His bird or someone then stands over his grave, ready to dig him up for a shag.

Nekromatik 2 starts with this ending. And carries the story forward. I find the ending to Nekromantik 2 far more shocking and disturbing, while sickly genius and inevitable at the same time. It may scar you.
