Why doesn't Amazon.com carry this on DVD?

I ordered from a local record store for $14.99 but it's been a little more than 2 weeks and it's still not in. It's kind of pissing me off.

It was sent to me from that website in about 2 days (and I'm in Australia!). But you pay a bit more for delivery that fast unfortunately.
