Value of orginal VHS

I have acquired an original VHS tape and wondered about the value. I know it is rare. Does anyone have any idea how much it might be worth?

Is it the one like the coffin box? If it is one was upon eBay a whileback now for a buy it now price of £10

The Film Threat release probably isn't worth much.

The IMDB lists a release by a company called Leisure Times. I've only ever seen the Film Threat VHS, but if this other company did indeed put out another version of Nekromantik, it might be worth something.
