Please help me identify

I *think* I saw this many years ago when I still went to school. But I don't remember much of. Two things I still know:
* Someone's penis is cut off and stored in the fridge "for later use" ...
* One or two of the main characters work in the porn industry, dubbing the movies and making sounds with their hands (this scene was so hilarious that I remember it the most)

Are these two things in Nekromantik?
