Cut Version?

I downloaded this movie from torrentz and my version is only 68 minutes long, whereas the running time on here says it's 75 minutes. Have I downloaded a cut version? As far as I was aware there wasn't a cut version of this movie but it would certainly explain why my subtitles were getting slower and slower as the movie went on...

sounds like it.. it could also be a source issue (though by THAT much? i'm not sure.. NTSC v PAL)
