Sure do, but it's not as gross as you think.
Remember the artsy fartsy john conner conception sex-scene in terminator?
It's filmed like that only longer and as a threesome with a corpse with a table leg for a dink.

Yes!! That god damned eye ball! He sucks it out of the skull and puts it back in... I thought, "Ok, once is enough...." but no!! He does it a few more times!
