Never on Television

How come this wonderfully entertaining movie is never on television? Seems like a lot of new fans might discover it.

I live in the UK and I have a vague memory of watching it on TV in the mid 1990s.

I'm watching it now on WDCA in DC, how have I never heard of this movie. I'm loving it.

It was in colombian television in the 90s. It was on TNT with deleted scenes too.

One of my local channels called THIS showed it a few times about a year ago
