Next tuesday (8/5/07) 1AM on film 4..

I was just about to post this too. The FilmFour website says it's the Tony Scott film, but The Guardian Guide and my Freeview box both say it's this one. Guess we'll just have to see, though I can't see them dumping the 2004 film on at 1am. Let's hope it's a remastered widescreen uncut version!

(FYI - For those of you confused, FilmFour is a cable/digital TV channel in the UK only.)

watching now, very good so far. the re-make still has the edge over the original imo tho

The '87 version's much better. Big Bluesque in its mood setting.

Just been on C4 in the UK, the original and best, great film.
