Managed to get it on DVD

I found a copy on DVD the other day in a flea market. £1. Easily the best pound I have ever spent. DVD is fullscreen and seems to be cropped. I have the VHS also, during the climax Burt launches a bail of hay at a Nasty knocking out of the barn and there is a high fall stunt, on my VHS you can see the crash matt pop up at the bottom of the screen, on the DVD there is nothing.

Hopefully will be out in HD someday as on one of the other threads someone said it played on MGM HD channel.

I found the VHS for $2 at a thrift store on the other side of the pond. I'll look for the crash mat during the fall stunt you mentioned. Look like you can watch this for free online, but I'd still prefer to have the film.
