shareI don't know but I found it pretty facsinating myself! I don't know why but if they were going for a very eclectic cast,they succededed! Nonetheless,I LOVE this movie,and the soundtract,I own both. ;-)

Debra Winger was in it because she and Timothy Hutton were dating at the time. She wasn't credited to add to the "mystery" of it all.

Well that kind of comment doesn't really help anyone - yourself included. Debra Winger chose to raise her family and live away from the Hollywood scene, as I'm sure most people with any sense would do. I saw a recent interview with her, and she was anything but nutty. I admire people who see the enormous value in being with their kids. She made an occasional movie, wrote a book, lived her life. Why spread stupid crap like that rumor? Live your own life.
